Racquel T. Knight, MBA
Racquel T. Knight is a business strategist, community builder, and legacy architect dedicated to helping visionary founders build purpose-driven businesses with strategy and soul. Born and raised in rural Jamaica, Racquel turned her own story of being underestimated into a mission to help others rise—with clarity, confidence, and systems that last.
With an MBA in Marketing from Johnson & Wales University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Global Citizenship & Agriculture Education, Racquel has spent over 15 years in the entrepreneurship space. She has led nonprofit organizations, launched multiple ventures, and helped hundreds of founders go from idea to income. As the former Director of the Central MA Women’s Business Center, a 2018 Clinton Global Initiative University Fellow, and the Founder of For One Child Foundation, she brings deep expertise in both business development and social impact.

For One Child Foundation
At Own Your Legacy Ventures, we believe building a business should also help build brighter futures.
That’s why 10% of all profits are donated to For One Child, a nonprofit founded by Racquel to empower youth throughout Massachusetts and the New England region through education, entrepreneurship, and opportunity.
What began as a response to educational inequity has grown into a future-focused mission centered on helping young people learn, create, and lead. Today, For One Child invests in the next generation through transformational programs like the SATE Program and Scholarship Program, alongside targeted student opportunity support that helps remove barriers to growth and success.
Through mentorship, real-world learning, and youth-centered experiences, For One Child is helping students build confidence, develop practical and entrepreneurial skills, and access the tools they need to shape thriving futures.

Giving Back: For One Child Foundation
At Own Your Legacy Ventures, we believe that building a business should also build a better world. That’s why 10% of all profits are donated to For One Child Foundation, a nonprofit founded by Racquel Knight to support underserved students in rural Jamaica.
Racquel’s journey began in Bellevue, Jamaica, where she experienced firsthand the challenges of attending schools without adequate resources like chairs and desks. Inspired by these experiences, she initiated the "One Chair 4 One Child" project, which evolved into the For One Child Foundation Inc., committed to addressing educational disparities.
Since its inception, the foundation has provided over 600 chairs and desks, thousands of books, and 30 laptops to schools and parishes throughout the country.
